RETURN POLICY

1. At MACPAC Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. We're proud to offer a no-questions-asked, hassle-free refund and replacement policy because we believe in the quality of our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply reach out to us on Customercare@macpacmart.com or call us on our contact details provided, and we'll make it right. However, please note that this policy applies to unused goods. If items have been used and are then returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return at our discretion. Additionally, in the case of returns, the cost of return courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes at a charge of Rs.100. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
