What is the Shipping Philosophy of MACPAC MART?
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 5 - 10 working days, and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. (All disputes regarding delivery need to be raised within 72 hours of delivery date. No investigation will be feasible after 72 hours of time of delivery).
Return policy
At MACPAC Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. We're proud to offer a no-questions-asked, hassle-free refund and replacement policy because we believe in the quality of our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply reach out to us on care@macpacmart.com or call us on +91 90074 95776, and we'll make it right. However, please note that this policy applies to unused goods. If items have been used and are then returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return at our discretion. Additionally, in the case of returns, the cost of return courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes at a charge of Rs.100. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
