Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Customers may also return their order within 7 days after delivery, as applicable.
  • Requests raised after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Have original tags and packaging intact
  • Be free from stains, damage, or alterations

This policy applies strictly to unused goods. If items have been used and are then returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return at our discretion. Products failing quality checks will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • We provide a reverse pickup facility for most serviceable pin codes at a charge of ₹100.
  • For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners, customers will need to self-ship the product(s).
  • In case of returns, the return courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

Refund Policy (Store Credit)

  • All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Store credit is issued as a coupon code sent to your registered email ID.
  • Store credits can be redeemed on your next purchase at macpacmart.com.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged or defective)
  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos for verification
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no extra cost

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Reverse pickup charges (₹100 where applicable) will be communicated in advance.
  • Return courier costs, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

Final Decision

MACPAC Mart, operated by SMS Garments, reserves the right to accept or reject return and exchange requests after quality inspection and verification. Decisions taken post-inspection shall be final.
