  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Standard delivery timelines within India: 3–7 business days.
  • Orders within India may also be delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on the shipping address.
  • International orders: 10–15 working days (where applicable).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, location accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping timelines (10–15 working days) apply where international shipping is available as per stated terms.
  • If international shipping is not available for a specific order, it will not be processed for overseas delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹399.
  • Orders below ₹399 will be charged a ₹100 delivery fee.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees (if offered) will be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • MACPAC Mart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delivery Disputes

  • All disputes regarding delivery must be raised within 72 hours of the delivery date.
  • No investigation will be feasible after 72 hours from the time of delivery.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address may be reshipped at an additional cost.
  • Alternatively, a store credit may be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.
