  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be displayed before payment

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

  • You can use this link to track the status of your shipment

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout

  • macpacmart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeline, please contact us at care@macpacmart.com

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution

Damaged Packages

  • If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel

  • If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos for verification

Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address may be reshipped at an additional cost

  • Alternatively, a store credit may be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges
